North of the city of Brescia, just a few kilometres from Lake Iseo and Lake Garda, you will find the Trompia
Valley and the Sabbia Valley, with inviting natural landscapes, ancient villages, mining parks, and huts
where cheese is made by traditional methods.
These valleys are crossed by a rich network of walking and cycling routes, entirely in the woods, called
Greenway. There are no less than 98 ways, along which you can stay in characteristic mountain hotels or
B&Bs, taste local cheese or butchery production, visit sites of historical interest or industrial archaeology.
